"I’ve found some good deals..."
I’ve found some good deals here, but the shipping costs can make the whole thing feel less worth it. Sometimes the item price looks great, then you get to checkout and the total is just ridiculous.

"this just didn’t feel authentic to me..."
this just didn’t feel authentic to me. I ordered a collectible, and right away something seemed off when it showed up. The box was banged up, the paint looked kind of cheap, and a few little details didn’t match the photos I’ve seen from other legit ones. I’m not saying it’s definitely fake, but for the price, I expected a lot better. I wouldn’t order again.

I preordered thinking it would be the easy route—pay now, get it when it comes in, done. But the backorder kept dragging on, and I barely got any updates along the way. After a while, I just started assuming every date they gave me would slip again.

In my experience, my order from Entertainment Earth arrived in a reasonable amount of time. The outside shipping box did have a small dent on it, but it didn’t look like anything serious to me.

When I opened it up, the figure was packed with paper and didn’t seem to have shifted around much during shipping. The actual item box looked really clean, the corners were in good shape, and I didn’t notice any crushed areas.

Personally, I’d give it 4 stars just because I feel like the shipping box could have been a little sturdier. Still, I’m happy overall with how everything arrived.

"What customer service?"

I’ve been buying from entertainment earth for years and I made a purchase recently and accidentally used my five-year-old previous address for my billing and shipping which was my fault for not paying more attention, but they shouldn’t have been able to bill it because it’s the wrong billing address and then they shipped it to that address so I emailed them to see if there’s anything I could do and basically got told “oh well you put in the wrong address You need to contact the people Live there” no help and no care for loyal customers, long-term customers and now ex customers! I will just re-purchase from Amazon, which I should’ve done in the first place as that’s a trustworthy company that takes care of their customers! entertainment won’t be around forever. I can promise you that.

Why don't you package collectibles properly? why do you take a single order and break it up and ship the items without protection so they get damaged

“They don't care. Just about pocketing the majority of the shipping and sending to you the cheapest way possible. They even do this their wholesale customers too, but worse.”
