Donald was an amazing answering my questions about an item if it came with a certain ascessory. He owned the item that I wanted to buy and he went and opened up his collectable to confirm if the acsessory was included. Thank you Donald so much!!!! He went above and beyond for me this man deserves a raise for sure he definitely cares about entertainment earths customers!!!

Don Tapia was extremely helpful. Part of my order did not ship and was on back order, but I needed these for a party coming up. So Don was very helpful with getting my order cancelled. He spoke with me several times because I was waiting for the shipment, but ultimately we needed to cancel and he was so helpful!

"Damaged item experience!"
I call customer service to complain that the shipping company had damaged the product I had ordered! I have ordered many items from Entertainment Earth and never had a problem. I was greeted on the phone by Donald Tapia, I explained what had happened, I did tell him I know it was not their fault, but the shipping company! It was so nice to hear they would replace my item at no cost to me. I am returning the damaged item, in the same box so they can see it. I am very grateful to do business with such an upstanding company! Thank you !

"Worst Company to Pre-Order anything from"
If you want to Pre-Order product, to have it arrive in time for the next release like 3 months later, then this is the right vendor for you.
I pre-ordered 4 Phyrexia Compleated bundles through this company 1 month prior to release. The release date came and went, the release month came and went, and each month they just updated their site to "Estimated Arrival : March" then "April" etc.. they blame the vendors and manufacturer, however its odd that even local game shops got product in on release date.
I ended up cancelling my order 3 months after order and was able to order elsewhere and received my product in less than 4 days time. Waste of time and will never consider Entertainment Earth for any purchases.

"Outstanding Service All Around"
I have been a customer of Entertainment Earth for several years. Never had any issues until a recent shipment was sent to an old address by no fault of theirs. I contacted their customer service and they assisted me in rerouting part of my shipment. The other part that was already delivered they refunded what was not available and the reshipped the items they still had. No questions asked. They also updated my account to remove old addresses for me. Veronica was absolutely the best service agent. Excellent prices and deals on shipping. I will shop here for as long as they are around. Highly recommended.

I just spoke with Donald about an issue I had with a figure I purchased. He was accommodating and great to talk with. Honestly the best customer service I’ve seen in the longest time. I’ve never had issues really with any of the product they sent me. But the couple times I’ve had issues I have had nothing but the best customer service from this company. Which is why I will always use them for my purchases. Thanks guys.
"Sold product they weren’t getting"
They said they had Magic cards coming for a preorder. So I dropped 250 on cards. They never got them. They just tried to steal market share with product they weren’t getting. Then it sold out everywhere. They never got the product. I cancelled my order and missed out on ever buying what I wanted for the actual price all because this company “sells” stuff they don’t have, and aren’t getting. One month after release and they still do not have the product they sold as in stock AND were “Getting” on release, and I ordered 2 and a half weeks before release.

"Don't preorder anything!"
They said they had Magic cards in stock. Took my order, then the item sold out everywhere. 3 weeks later they are still waiting on the item they didn't even have and weren't actually getting. Now because they were trying to grab market share with merchandise they don't actually own to sell, I can't get the thing I had the money for. After looking at this it seems this is a common occurrence with this crappy company.

"Beware of the lies."
This company looks legit, with their « risk free pre-order » and « free shipping » and « no hassle return » but do not feel this company is safe.
I ordered one item with them, then cancelled my order when was able to find it with a store with better shipping options. The cancellation felt easy an item was removed from my account page.
A month later they still shipped the item, deny the item was cancelled and I am forced to pay for both the item and the shipping. If you call them claiming you cancelled the supposed « risk-free pre-order » then it is your word against theirs. Stay away from them.
